An overview of what this certification covers
PL-300 validates a candidate's ability to prepare, model, visualize, analyze, and secure data with Microsoft Power BI, across four skill areas: preparing data via Power Query (connections, profiling, cleaning, transforming, loading), modeling data (table and relationship design, DAX calculations including CALCULATE and time intelligence, performance optimization), visualizing and analyzing data (report authoring, formatting, storytelling features, paginated reports, Copilot-assisted narratives, AI visuals, patterns and trends), and managing and securing Power BI assets (workspaces, apps, dashboards, distribution, gateways, scheduled refresh, row-level security, sensitivity labels). The exam assesses proficiency with Power Query (M) and Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) and the candidate's judgment in selecting between Import, DirectQuery, and DirectLake storage modes, applying conditional formatting, configuring drillthrough and bookmarks, and applying governance controls.

No. MyCertStack provides original practice questions, sample exam questions, and a realistic exam simulator written by our team to mirror the style and difficulty of the real exam. They are not dumps and are not the actual questions used by Microsoft Azure.
Work through the structured study material chapter by chapter, then drill the practice zone for each topic until you consistently score above the passing threshold. Finish with at least two full exam simulations under timed conditions before sitting the real exam.
