An overview of what this certification covers
This certification validates a candidate's ability to design and implement data engineering solutions on Microsoft Fabric, including configuring Fabric workspace settings, implementing lifecycle management with version control and deployment pipelines, applying security and governance across workspaces, items, and OneLake (including row-level, column-level, object-level, and folder/file-level controls and dynamic data masking), and orchestrating processes across Dataflows Gen2, pipelines, and notebooks. The exam assesses skills in ingesting and transforming batch and streaming data using PySpark, SQL, and KQL, designing full and incremental loading patterns, working with OneLake shortcuts and mirroring, and processing streams with Eventstreams, Spark Structured Streaming, and KQL. It also tests monitoring of Fabric items (ingestion, transformation, semantic model refresh, alerts), identifying and resolving errors across pipelines, Dataflow Gen2, notebooks, Eventhouses, Eventstreams, T-SQL, and OneLake shortcuts, and optimizing performance of Lakehouse tables, pipelines, data warehouses, Eventstreams, Eventhouses, Spark workloads, and queries.

No. MyCertStack provides original practice questions, sample exam questions, and a realistic exam simulator written by our team to mirror the style and difficulty of the real exam. They are not dumps and are not the actual questions used by Microsoft Azure.
Work through the structured study material chapter by chapter, then drill the practice zone for each topic until you consistently score above the passing threshold. Finish with at least two full exam simulations under timed conditions before sitting the real exam.
